Shalice has been dancing since she was very young, and has gained a love and passion for the art. She has 30 years extensive training in jazz, tap, modern, ballet, hip hop, and contemporary. She has been privileged to train with many professionals such as Wade Robson, Liz Imperio, Doug Caldwell, Joelle Martinec, and many others. Traveling throughout China and the United States while performing is one of the highlights of her career. Shalice has choreographed for many dance teams and studios throughout Utah and the mid-west; as well as the BYU Cougarettes. Many regional and national awards have been given for her choreography. She has been teaching for over 15 years and loves to see dancers learn and grow. She has served on the board of directors for the “Utah Dance Judges Association”, and has been a certified state dance adjudicator for 12 years. Shalice is also co-chairman of the Cougarette Alumni Association. Most important in her life, however, is spending time with her husband and five children.
