Just like the song our Hip Hop girls danced to says, “You Know it’s Christmas Time” when Luv 2 Dance takes the Davis High stage to perform. Santa was in the foyer, loads of fans in the audience and plenty of dancers behind the curtains were all ready to ring in the Christmas spirit this past Saturday. We wanted to tell all our recital dancers how proud we are of each of you for putting on an amazing show! From a jazz dance to “Let it Snow” to a tap dance to “Frosty the Snowman”, the show (all 3 of them) didn’t disappoint. Who wouldn’t cheer for our pixie dancers who’s tutu’s seemed bigger then they were, or a line of jingle “bell-ers” dancing with the jingle jangle of bells on their wrists? Last, but not least, the crowd roared with our boys who reigned supreme as they hip hopped their way to the song “Little Drummer Boy”. So many great pieces of Christmas perfection. Way to go ladies and gents, you all did amazing! A huge thank you to the recital directors, Celesta Stevenson and Missy Shaw and all our recital teachers.
As Christmas fast approaches we want to remind you that dance will be out to allow all our dancers time celebrate this beautiful time of year from Thursday, December 22nd to Monday, January 2nd. We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. See you in 2017!
