FOR GUEST OR SUBTITUTE INSTRUCTORS (NOT EMPLOYED BY LUV2DANCE STUDIO).

NOTE:  If you are currently an Instructor at L2D and you are subbing a class, please add your hours within your Staff Portal as usual.  Please make a note in the note section as “SUB”.  If you are subbing a class and have not received a lesson plan, music, or video from the original Instructor, please be sure to communicate with that Instructor in advance, so you will be prepared for teaching that class.  If you have any issues/concerns, please notify the program director.

L2D INSTRUCTORS:  Please attempt to schedule an L2D Instructor to sub your class before utilizing any outside Instructors.  Make sure to communicate ALL subs to your program director in advance. Your program director must approve all subs and/or time missed from your class(es). 

Make sure to provide any sub with a detailed Lesson Plan well in advance.  In addition, provide any appropriate music cuts AND video for routines currently being taught.

Refer all guest or sub instructors (not employed by L2D Studio) to the GUEST INSTRUCTOR page on our website. This page is password protected.  You will need to provide your guest/sub with the password, listed below.

This page includes expectations, payment form, necessary government/tax forms,  and a guest login for our Staff Portal, allowing the guest or sub to take attendance for the class(es) they are teaching.

Instructors who are not employed by Luv 2 Dance Studio will need to submit a pay form, and possibly a W-2 or W-9 for payment. 

You will need to provide the Guest or Sub with the password to access the GUEST INSTRUCTOR page.
