It’s pumpkin season! Let’s be honest, there are few better places to be in the fall then Utah! We are loving the brilliant show those changing leaves are giving in our mountains and the cooler air. As an extra bonus, we’ve got the perfect view right from our studio in Kaysville!
With all this in mind we thought it was high time to share another recipe, and this one is the easiest one around for a fall favorite. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies! While there are lots of versions floating around the internet, these are just 3 ingredients and a few minutes and like magic (see what we did there) they are ready to be devoured. Enjoy! EASY Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 box spice cake mix
1 can pumpkin puree
1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions…Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together, use a small cookie scoop or roll into small balls. (The dough is sticky, don’t worry!). Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
