To go along with most of our resolutions of eating better, we thought we’d give you a recipe for a little morsel of high impact health and energy. These are great for an on the go snack and even better to send in your dancers bags for those times in between classes or between dances at competition. Enjoy.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/3 cup flax seed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 Tablespoons honey
1/3 cup chopped almonds
*Mix together and form in to balls. Refigerate 1 hour.
