LUV: Accidents, Injuries, Personal Belonging

At Luv 2 Dance, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and their families. To ensure a damage-free, clean, and well-cared-for facility, we kindly ask parents and guardians to assist us in maintaining these standards. It is crucial that children are not left unattended, especially those waiting for a dancer at the studio. Please note that studio rooms not in use are not available for free or unsupervised play. We also want to emphasize that we are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur to you or anyone in your party while on our premises. Children should always be accompanied by an adult and refrain from roaming the studio rooms or halls. We appreciate your support in educating your child about respecting our studio facility and grounds. Any unacceptable behavior, such as touching displays, climbing on furniture, or damaging studio property, is not permitted. Additionally, we kindly request that personal belongings be kept to a minimum, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Let’s work together to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

LUV: Withdrawal from class or studio

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to inform you about our withdrawal policy. We do required 30 days notice of withdrawal, which begins the day an email is received providing that notice. Please email us at: myaccount@luv2dance.com.

If you choose to withdraw from class during April &/or May, tuition will continue to be billed and must be paid in full.  If costumes or any other items have already been ordered or competitions have been paid for, you will be required to pay those fees in full, even if your dancer does not participate. To avoid any late fees, delinquent fees, or collections processes,  all balances are to be paid in full. Please note that reimbursements will not be provided for any fee commitments that have been made. If you are a competition dancer, we also want to let you know that there is a $60 Drop Fee PER routine. Questions or concerns? Email: myaccount@luv2dance.com. Thank you.

LUV: Drop Fee - Competition (per routine)

If your dancer drops from a COMPETITION Routine, there is a $60 DROP FEE applied for EACH routine your dancer may drop from, once your COMPETITION Contract is signed.

LUV: Attendance and Punctuality

It’s crucial that students arrive on time and are picked up promptly. At Luv 2 Dance Studio, we prioritize the safety of our students. We kindly request that parents take responsibility for before and after class care. Our teachers often have consecutive classes, so it’s important to pick up your child on time. For younger children, please accompany them to the studio and collect them at the dance class door. We do not provide transportation services and cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries during travel to and from dance activities. Regular attendance is vital for improvement, while competition students must attend all classes and extra practices to perform. We strongly recommend maintaining open communication with teachers and directors. Excessive absence or tardiness may affect your child’s ability to participate or perform. Let’s work together to ensure a successful dance experience for your child!
